Elevate Hospitality Group operated two well-run hotels in Mangaluru but had almost no digital presence. Tourists and business travellers searching online were booking competitors instead. Their website had little traffic and they had no active social media. They were relying entirely on word of mouth in a market that had moved online.
We built their entire digital presence from the ground up. Starting with social media — creating and managing their Instagram and Facebook with high-quality content targeted at business travellers, families, and event planners. We ran paid ad campaigns targeting tourists visiting Mangaluru. Alongside this, we implemented full SEO across their website and set up their Google Business profiles for both properties.
